PRIVACY STATEMENT

Your privacy is important to Start To Do It, this privacy statement contains information about how Start To Do It collects, stores and uses your personal information. Within this document, all references to Start To Do It also apply to agents or subcontractors.
COLLECTING PERSONAL INFORMATION
Start To Do It may collect and use the following personal information:

โ€ข Information about transactions carried out within our platforms.
โ€ข Information you provide for the purpose of subscribing to the services we offer.

SECTION 1 – WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you register or purchase something through our platforms, we collect the personal information you give us such as name, address and email.
When you browse our platforms, we also automatically receive your computer’s Internet Protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing: We may send you emails about our platforms, our Services, new products and other updates.
When you consume our Services, in particular, but not limited to, 360 Predictor questionnaires, you provide us with information that we will use to analyze it to give you the appropriate results/diagnoses. We also use this information to do analyses in conjunction with that of other users, with the aim of improving our platform, draw investigative conclusions. At no time will we share your personal information.

SECTION 2 – CONSENT

How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with your personal information to complete a registration, consume our Services, a transaction, verify your credit card, create an order, arrange a shipment or make a return, we imply that you accept the collection and use in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, such as marketing, we will ask you directly for your express consent, or give you the opportunity to refuse.

How can I revoke my consent?

SECTION 3 – DISCLOSURE

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SECTION 4 – STRIPE and KREINTO TECH

Our store uses Stripe as a payment gateway and our proprietary technology is hosted and executed thanks to Kreinto Tech.
Your data is stored through Kreinto Tech data storage, databases, and the general Kreinto Tech application. Your data is stored on a secure AWS server behind a firewall.
Stripe stores your credit card details. It is encrypted through Standard Payment Card Industry Data Security (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only to the extent necessary to complete the purchase transaction. After it is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as indicated by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information from stores and their service providers.

SECTION 5 – THIRD PARTY SERVICES

In general, third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to enable them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, some third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies regarding the information we are required to provide for purchase-related transactions.
For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so that you can understand how your personal information will be handled.
In particular, remember that some providers may be located or have facilities that are in a jurisdiction other than you or us. So if you wish to proceed with a transaction involving the services of a third party provider, your information may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction (jurisdictions) in which the service provider or its facilities are located.
As an example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a U.S.-based payment gateway, then your personal information used to complete the transaction may be subject to disclosure under U.S. law, including the Patriot Act.
Once you leave our platforms from our store or are redirected to a third-party site or app, you are no longer being governed by this Privacy Policy or the Terms of Service of our platforms.

SECTION 6 – SAFETY

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to ensure that there is no improper loss, misuse, access, disclosure, alteration or destruction of your personal information.
If you provide us with your credit card information, that information is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and stored with AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional industry-accepted standards.

SECTION 7 – AGE OF CONSENT

By using our platforms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are of legal age in your state or province of residence and that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use our platforms.

SECTION 8 – CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We reserve the right to change this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon publication. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so you are aware of what information we collect, how and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
If our platforms are acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners, so that we can continue to provide the Services
